Delivery

・All products are free shipping.
・Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will send you an email or SMS containing tracking information and, if available, an option to change your delivery date.

Lead Time

・All our products are made-to-order at our factory in China. While the production time for each product is indicated in its description, items typically ship within 20~35 days.
 This production period is an estimate and does not guarantee a specific delivery date.
・If you need your item by a specific date, please make a note in the cart remarks. We will make our best effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee it.

Return Policy

・If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
・As all our products are made-to-order, returns due to customer convenience will incur a 20% restocking fee. If a product is acknowledged to have an initial defect, it will be eligible for a free return or exchange.
・To request a return, please email us at shop-support@luvialighting.com.
 Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused and uninstalled.
・Returns must be securely packaged and sent to our headquarters via a trackable and signed-for courier service to prevent damage.
 Return shipping costs, taxes, customs duties, and fees will be borne by the customer. We cannot accept items that are damaged or not in their original condition.

Cancellation Policy

・You have the right to cancel your order within 14 business days from the date of your order.
 If your order has already been processed, we will make our best effort to stop the shipment, but this is not always possible. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the item in an unused condition before a refund can be processed.
 Additionally, if your order has already been shipped, return shipping costs, taxes, customs duties, and fees will be borne by the customer.

・Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. The timing of the refund may vary depending on each credit card company, so please confirm with your respective card company.
